Quality & compliance
Our control framework is designed for a growing trading business and will mature with transaction volume, licensing and principal-trading capability.
Corporate existence, beneficial ownership, VAT/tax status, bank-account consistency, sanctions and adverse information.
Legal ownership, source, exportability, grade evidence, processing method, contamination and restricted-material checks.
Contracting capacity, Incoterms, title transfer, payment triggers, inspection scope, documents and claims process.
Independent inspection may be required depending on grade, origin, supplier history, transaction structure and buyer requirement. The scope can include visual grade verification, weighing, sampling, radiation screening, container condition, loading supervision and seal records. The appointed party and cost allocation are agreed in the contract; no inspection firm is represented as our partner unless formally appointed for a transaction.
We may evaluate opportunities outside our core UK and European sourcing markets only where local verification, legal exportability, traceability, site access and enhanced due diligence are satisfactory. Country labels alone do not determine acceptance; evidence and transaction controls do.
References to industry standards, inspection practices, banks, ports or classification systems describe potential transaction methods only and do not imply membership, accreditation, partnership or endorsement.
