About
Moorgate Metals is built with long-term intent: to become a trusted international counterparty in non-ferrous metals by combining relationships, execution discipline, technology and responsible growth.
The founder has left a career of more than 20 years in technology, electronic trading and risk roles to build Moorgate Metals full-time. That background shapes the company’s approach: understand the risk, define the control, make accountability clear and scale only after the process works.
Our commercial network includes relationships with industrial buyers and procurement decision-makers in India and Asia. Those relationships are private and are not presented publicly as endorsements.
Our purpose
We aim to connect responsible supply with industrial demand through transparent, compliant and durable commercial relationships.

Moorgate Metals is the specialist non-ferrous metals trading brand of Samanta Factory Ltd, an established UK-registered and VAT-registered trading company. As the business develops, we intend to strengthen direct import/export capability, trade finance, insurance, governance, operational systems and principal-trading capacity.
Strategic direction
Growth will be earned through repeat execution, stronger finance capacity, direct licensing where required, reliable logistics and institutional-grade controls.
Convert qualified buyer requirements into executable supply mandates.
Complete controlled transactions with clear specifications and documentation.
Build repeat programmes, finance lines, insurance and principal capacity.
Develop data, automation and selective processing or recycling capability.
Say what role we play, document what has been agreed and avoid claims we cannot evidence.
Pursue substantial transaction scale while protecting the business from avoidable counterparty and execution risk.
Build repeat value for suppliers, buyers, financiers, logistics providers and investors.
